REST IN PROSPERITY
We are looking for people to submit one-minute videos of themselves talking about their memories in places which are now closed or drastically changed due to COVID-19.
We'd especially like to see you talking about local businesses and charities. We encourage participants to take a creative approach to telling their stories.
We implore those who are getting involved to reflect positively on their experiences in these spaces. By doing so, we can come together to create a historic work that is honest and thought-provoking but remains hopeful.
When we are able to return to performance spaces, these stories will be used as the inspiration for a piece of radically current verbatim theatre, that reflects the diverse experiences of people across the country.
Any submissions should be of reasonable video quality and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. A self-tape on a phone is more than acceptable, and they can be filmed in either portrait or landscape.
If you submit your video to us, it may be used creatively and for marketing purposes. In any instance of us using your video you will be credited. If you would like to opt out of us using an element of your video publicly (sound/ image/ script), please let us know in the email accompanying your submission.
